After my first trip to Canada last may, i found a lot of similarities
between the shape of passenger service in the Usa and Canada:
Not particularly on top of its game with their skeleton network,
old grand depots not in theRR business anymore and slow
train frequencies. I would think that Canada state of mind being closer
to europe than here, some plans or projects woud be underway
for a Canada style Tgvs or Ice network under VIA.
