Burro crane on West Hempstead Branch - 6/1

Yesterday I saw a burro crane on the West Hempstead branch. It was going towards Valley Stream. Does anyone know of any work being done on the West Hempstead branch? I also heard the Sperry rail car on the radio last night. Thanks.

SRS128 has been through valley a number of times this week i seen it, when i went to work.
