BNSF Newhire Pay

I was just curious if anyone knows how a newhire with BNSF will be paid for their first check? I do know that they hold two weeks but I have been told that its like two months before receiving a check at all and I am curious as to how long I will have to wait. Thanks for any input.

If you set up a direct deposit, you will be paid on the 10th and 25th of every month. That also goes for new hires. In my 15 years with BNSF, my paycheck has never been late.
