I have seen some Amtrak forms in PDF from their site and they are missing an important thing on the bottom: an OMB (Office of Management & Budget) approval number. All federal forms and documents are required to have this. Why? Does anyone have a scan of an actual Amtrak form to show?

Amtrak is not a federal agency; perhaps the OMB number is not required of them.

Some "independent" federal organzations (Amtrak included) are required to show goverment markings, as in the Federal Register.

What I do see is that these documents DO have a US Government Printing Office stock number, but not an OMB number.

Not that this is exactly on topic (although closely related I would wager), but I was surprised that my recently received Amtrak tickets were sent via 'full fare' by the USPS. I would have thought they would be in line for discounted postage.
