3 injured in train accident

NEW YORK — Three Metro-North Railroad passengers suffered minor injuries during yesterday's morning rush hour when a train headed from Southeast rolled passed its stop and crashed into a bumper at the end of a track in Grand Central Terminal.
The conductor didn't announce the accident over the loudspeaker, releasing the vast majority of passengers without asking if they needed help and exercising what a railroad spokeswoman conceded was poor judgment.
