42 Metro-North workers charged with goofing off

Forty-two Metro-North employees who repaired and inspected trains took extended lunch breaks for almost a year and escaped notice because other workers covered for them, the railroad said today.

This is mild, compared to the level of drinking, not to metion the pot smoking these guys used to do before the days of regular drug testing. At least after a two hour lunch, they're coherent. Then again, that depends on what they washed down the lunch with.

I heard about one guy who fought for the night shift so he could take his lazy ass into an empty coach with lights and heat - and SLEEP all night. Then, he ran a contracting business in his community during the DAY.

Doesn't that make you wonder where he got his building materials from too???
