State Street Station (actually located at Chapel Street overpass) was opened on June 7, 2002. Plans are underway to add an additional platform alongside track #6.

New for all intents and purposes. New Haven's first Union Station was located there from 1849 to 1875 when it was replaced by a station near the modern Union Station site; the 1849 station continued to see trains for a few years afterwards.

Just out of curiosity, while we're talking about who owns what, does MNCR technically own the Port Jervis Line now, or are they still doing some sort of long-term lease from NS?

I believe the three NY stations on the Pascack Valley Line are actually owned by NJTransit, and then leased by Metro-North, who then pays NJTransit to operate trains to those stations.
