That's the whole point; it's being kept quiet. It allegedly happened between the station and the yard, at slow speed with no passengers aboard.

Ive heard others asking around the RR about it, (and myself) but AFAIK, no one has any information, and I haven't been told anything......ill keep digging though! :D

an incident like that is not possible to keep quite. it would be a reportable incident to FRA. for numerous reasons.
A] one wheelset would need to be changed and changes documented.
B] crew would be involved and unable to keep mouth closed.
C] The track would have been obstructed for several hours untill the car
could be put on new wheels or temporary truck.
it sounds like a railfan rumor to me.

I never saw anything last like that last Thursday, when I stopped at the local watering hole RVB, which happens to be between the station and the yard. Although I did get to watch some local NS moves in and out of the yard...

Every self-respecting boozer knows that the Ramapo Valley Brew Pub is in front of the station, Mugg's is between the yard and the station, and Ireland's 32 is in front of the yard. Time for you to re-qualify! (from the barstool ;-) )
