Track Heights in NYC Subway Stations

Hi,

Does anybody have a spreadsheet or text file with the heights of the tracks in the NYC subway stations? (Either relative to sea level or relative to ground level)

This information is easily available for the London Underground, but I cannot find it for NYC.
