Looks like things are looking up. Governor Ed announced that the TWU and SEPTA have come to a tentative agreement pending ratification.

From TV news reports, the BSS and MFL are running, albeit with local service only. The busses will most likely take a little longer to get back on the streets but things should be back to normal for this evening's rush.
