The SEPTA R-5 line, which once upon a time had run as far as the City of Coatesville and the Borough of Parkesburg, discontinued its service to those two municipalities several years ago, citing a lack of ridership to warrant the cost...The Delaware Valley Regional Commission (DVRC) is undertaking a study about extending the SEPTA R-5 line back to Coatesville and Parkesburg and even going as far as Atglen Borough...

Putting an R5 station on the low Grade line would not only get Septa trains off the main, it would also keep PARK interlocking in bussiness.
