Secaucus Transfer (aka Allied Junction) was always touted as creating jobs by various politicians. Also touted as a cataylst for the local economy.

What's the verdict ?

Boom or bust ?

Has to be a bust. Not one of the related buildings has been started. Given the glut of NJ commercial office space at this point in time, it should be no surprise.

Alot was promised and what was delivered ?

What happened to "JOBS-JOBS-JOBS-JOBS-JOBS" ?
