If I remember correctly, those cars that were rebuilt in that number series were the best riding MP 54’s.

What happened to the boxcar that was painted for Model railroaders magazine anniversary? I can’t remember the year but I think Wisconsin Southern car was painted.

Where was the interchange track located from the plant to the D&H located at? It’s difficult to imagine where it would be with all that new construction on the old plant grounds

This engine has never had pulling power. It stalls out with only 8 cars being pulled. All 8 wheels turn and pull but it just seems very light weight. My blue box athearn sw1500 out pulls it by a lot. Any suggestions to add weight or should I try to use that bullfrog snot on 2 wheels?

There is an abandoned RR bridge over I 787 north of Watervliet. Where did it go to and when was the track abandoned?

How much money did CSX spend to upgrade all the signals across NY State? What a waste of money to tear it all out to go to single track...

I was in Island Pond and also Norton Vermont and noticed the track that ran to the Canadian border. What RR is using that track and how to trains cross the border with customs? Was also in Newport and noticed what seems like OOS track there by a shopping center. What RR was that?

I was recently in that town and noticed that the Guilford tracks seem to run parallel to the D&H/NS tracks by an abandoned tower.
How does Guilford get to Rotterdam Jct. from there? Is there a track map of the area of Mechanicville and are there any good rail fan sites to view at action?

It seems like the some of the gears may not be driving all the wheels. I'd return it to Bachmann.

Are there new sub stations being constructed with this 2nd track project?

If and when this is completed how far do the passengers have to walk to the platforms? I read one article that said they will renovate the platforms under the P.O. but how many platforms are there to renovate?
I don't think all of the platforms extend under 8th Ave. to the P.O. building.

Might be a replacement rib in primer paint. The car shop may have fixed it and didn't repaint it.
