When did the eastbound to rockland from brunswick pass you and where were you. just trying to get the best situational awareness to catch both in one day.

They were back through Finntown Road in Warren at 17:27 with the 7 cement empties. Note that they no longer go to Rockland, just to the plant in Thomaston. The power will then likely tie down at Rockland in the Roundhouse.

so is it possble i could catch them lite to rockland in the afternoon?

If you're anywhere along the half mile or so the tracks go by the road before the roundhouse, sure. Hardly an optimal "chase".

No Monday run. 8 empties back east.

so was that a abnormal thing or is the tuesday thing recurring?

Sounds like they ran light to ASA, grabbed two empty flats, and are currently waiting at Brunswick station for CSXT to arrive.

Sounds like they headed back east about 20 minutes ago with 3 empty cement cars and one steel load.
