He has a good point here. The M15 SBS would have stay because there always has to be an alternative when the 2nd Avenue has delays.

I think you're missing my point.

The whole region could use the rockaway beach branch reopened - it would provide a fast way to get to JFK.

But Cuomo would rather see the ROW be turned into a park. (Google Queensway)

And instead they want to put in SBS on woodhaven.

I'm not saying woodhaven doesn't been SBS, or that it's a bad idea. I'm saying it's a band aid over a large wound that needs stitches.
