Return of rail service to Millis?

Has anyone heard if there are any plans to extend a branch of the Needham Line to Millis anytime in the forseeable future.

With this extension to Millis, this could take off the overcrowding from both the Franklin and Framingham/Worcester rail lines.

If anyone has heard of anything, please post up any information.
