There has been a lot of attention being paid by top Guilford management to the physically-disconnected (and usually forgotten-by-Billerica) Connecticut lines recently--- four or five high-rail inspection trips by the General Manager and others in the last month or so, most recently on Monday 8/13. That one used two Guilford high-railers, and included CDOT Rail officials as well.

Anyone have any idea what's going on? Commuter service between Waterbury-Briston-Hartford? CDOT possibly buying the line?
