This might be more of a question than a gripe, but I'll start with the gripe.
#1608 is always late. Every morning, this train is at least 5 minutes late probably 90% of the time. As a result, my train (#1610) ends up creeping along behind #1608, ending up 5-10 minutes late into Hoboken as well.
Coming home tonight, #1625 had no breaks, so we all had to switch trains. This brings up the issue of mechanical problems. It seems like at least a couple times a week a PVL train is cancelled due to mechanical problems. Is this a problem common on other lines as well? I can not wait until we get more new equipment up here...hopefully that will take care of both problems.
Thoughts/comments anyone?
