"Two Delaware & Hudson Alco C420's, #406 and still in Lehigh Valley paint, #409 wait on the Beldon Hill grade at BL Cabin. This mile and half long siding was once located just under two miles from the Beldon Tunnel with the west end FH Cabin which was located uner Interstate 88. This was the only location between Binghamton and the summit at tunnel where trains could meet during the 80's."
