If I remember correctly, some years ago Metro-North rebuilt all their crossovers to limited -speed (45mph) specifications.

I believe CP 53, just north of Cold Spring on the Hudson Line, is good for 80 MPH.
Not sure if there are others on the Mets.

Southport (CP-248) Is good for MAS (75mph) through that area. I believe the woodlawn switches to the NHL are 60mph
