2023 Fall Foliage Extra Trains

Good news for leaf peepers: Metro-North will be running extra trains on the Hudson Line on Saturdays and Sundays from October 7 through November 5, 2023.

These trains will provide more options for customers who want to view fall foliage in the scenic Hudson River Valley and spend the day visiting quaint towns like Peekskill, Cold Spring, and Beacon. You can also visit popular autumn destinations like Walkway Over The Hudson State Park (exit at Poughkeepsie Station).

Northbound

8:38 a.m. from Grand Central, stopping at Harlem-125th Street, Tarrytown, and Ossining, then making all stops to Beacon including Manitou and Breakneck Ridge.

9:39 a.m. from Grand Central, stopping at Harlem-125th Street, Tarrytown, Ossining, then making all stops to Poughkeepsie including Manitou and Breakneck Ridge.

10:39 a.m. from Grand Central, stopping at Harlem-125th Street, Tarrytown, Ossining, then making all stops to Poughkeepsie including Manitou and Breakneck Ridge.

Southbound

4:39 p.m. from Poughkeepsie, making all stops to Ossining including Breakneck Ridge and Manitou, then Tarrytown, Harlem-125th Street, and Grand Central, arriving at 6:36 p.m.

5:39 p.m. from Poughkeepsie, making all stops to Ossining including Breakneck Ridge and Manitou, then Tarrytown, Harlem-125th Street, and Grand Central, arriving at 7:36 p.m.
