Densha De D Shiningstage Train Modding

Hello everyone I'm trying get a train modeled into a game called Densha De D Shiningstage and I'm wondering if anyone would make a 3D model for me and I'm willing to pay as well and here is the link to what it should look like (the format I mean) http://www.jinushi.info/ there's many different trains on there but i want one like the one in my profile.
