Cynwyd limited operation

the city used to pay "extra" to buy down fares and increase headways. this program should be restored and would be useful if it was launched in conjunction with montco...the cynwyd could be a test case since the total cost should be relatively small. run it every half hour and sell it as city transit division fares.

That sounds like an excellent idea. That would require 2 cars and 4 employees to operate, and could basically be an extension of the morning/evening service. It's a shame the line will never return to Ivy Ridge because the short length doesn't leave any opportunities to build ridership outside of City Ave.
