Looks like the CNJ terminal. Fairly sure that pic is on some CNJ website somehwere.
What are those 2 diesels in the middle that look like they have raked noses - or am I not looking at the right?

Those would be two Baldwins, I believe. Oh, that is a LOVELY sight. How I'd love a high-res of this in color. Very cool photo.

Look at signature of first poster, look at comment directly under the image. The whole area is all smoggy (smokey) from all the coal fired activity.
