Its the 5342Oops! Haste makes waste! Can't edit, though. Heard its back at New Hope to be finished.
The paint scheme looks to me like Rio Grande with some Nickel Plate striping added in.
Looks good. Quite an eye-catching paint scheme.

It's sort of the super early D&RGW scheme in the later colors. Doesn't look bad but can't have been cheap to paint up.
