Back in the summers of 1964-65,my friends and I would often peddle our bikes down to the Erie depot in Olean after dinner to watch the westbound train come in.I know now that this was the Phoebe Snow.I remember the cars having what appeared to be blinds in the windows and always thinking it must be cool inside the cars as opposed to the heat outside.Was this the original Phoebe Snow equipment taken from the Hoboken - Buffalo route that I saw ?
