Not sure if this had anything to do with the commercial, but for a few weeks in the late Summer the area around 12th and Locust and Locust and Camac Streets were also painted "funky"colors. Street signs,fire hydrants and the sidesof buildings got these spirals of color. A few of the street signs still have the colors but the buildings were repainted. Even the 12th Street end of the PATCO tunnel was painted as such. I meant to get there to take a few pics before it "erased" but never did.
