Odd sightings in Buffalo - 7/20

I was doing my extra large loads of laundry at my favorate spot on Broadway across from Frontier and while I sat outside I saw the following.

A CSX westbound was pulling an Amtrak coach car number 7001. It's position was 2nd from last followed by a boxcar.

An eastbound CSX unit number 88 had the logo of PennCentral smudged into the dirt near the stairs. They were pulling coal. It was perfect looking. Someone took great care to do this. Hope nobody washes it off.

I've seen things like that before, they almost always are some sort of commentary about Railroad matters, from an I Heart NS with the heart crossed out, to some rather rude things on some pool locomotives from UP.

I guess someone feels that CSX is in much the same possition that PC was, which is a view I think we've all read on this board and others over the past few years.
