NYSW Inspection Train to run via the Southern Tier....

The NYS&W is running an inspection train westbound from Little Ferry
this afternoon. Plans are for a departure around 4pm. Train will
operate to Port Jervis, and then Layover tonight and then continue
west to Binghamton NY tomorrow. Not sure of power. Cars are the 509,
510, 501 power car plus one additional.

Do you know if they planed to go up the Northern Division toward Syr or Utica?

So, what happened to this train? anyone observe its passage over the line? Or better, yet, anyone know a return schedule?
