Amtrak claims that this MARC disruption is due to a Norfolk Southern derailment.

Penn Line Service Disruption UPDATE #7
Penn North trains for this afternoon will either originate or terminate at Edgewood station. Amtrak is working to make repairs to damaged catenary between Perryville and Aberdeen as soon as possible. Updates will continue as information is made available.

A High & Wide load shifted and hit a catenary pole damaging wires this morning. All cars remained on track (no derailment) Photos attached are NOT taken by me.

Oct.2nd!! That was the last posting of the now ever erractic H-86..............apparently for the last 2 weeks the H-86 has been usuing the parallel
CR Chester Secondary from Abrams and return. But FINALLY today heard the train call CETC-4 for railroad to PHIL. Been awhile, hasn't it?
