New Binghamton Press plant by rail?

Since the state is spending a ton of money building the Binghamton Press a new Printing Plant on the site of the old E-J Paracord plant, does anybody know if this plant will have rail service? Newsprint is cheaper by the carload.

hmm. It's probable, i guess. I think that we would need to see some tracks first.

The EJ's power plant that was in the back of where the new printing plant is going up was a customer.

Just have to hook up and lay a siding to the new plant's dock.
