According to a daily news article on page 14 of Monday, September 13th paper, the MTA is going to give the rights to photograph back to people in the subway system. TA cops will now only stop you if you are photographing things like like switches upclose or voltage equiptment.
Well im glad thats finally getting some well needed attention. Now its time to review the photo restrictions on our side of the river.
Lets just hope NJT takes after the MTA Subway and gives us rights to photograph at stations and on trains again. I have photographed at stations during the ban, but i dont want to have to worry that some guy is going to get on my case because im "assisting terrorists".
