I have 8 of the Walthers Horizon Cab cars and coaches, and was wondering what all is needed to make them into a more accurate depiction of the Metro-North Shoreliners. Has anyone tried it? Or would it be easier to make them into say, a Comet III?

Thanks!

Stick to shoreliners. The center door versions takes alot to convert, and for what its worth from my experiences just go and buy the IHP kits. The IHP kids are much more accurate and the cars will run better and last longer. The walthers floors are absolute garbage and their trucks dont roll worth a crap. They actually have Amfleet trucks and wheels which are the incorrect size for these cars.
