What are SEPTA's plans with the old Melrose Park outbound station? I see they went ahead and made both sides high level. There were work crews today doing something to the old steps and installing a fence barring access to the old platform. Would have been nice to have kept it open with stairs leading to the new high level platforms.

I was wondering if SEPTA was going to be proactive enough to rent the old building out to someone. Would make a nice coffee shop or something as there are no stores near the station.
