MBCR/Guilford/Amtrak Downeaster Frequency's

Does anyone here have or know where to find a list of the freq's the railroads use on the North Side from North Station up until Haverhill Sta and beyond that. I live in Derry and would be interested to listening to the freq's on the scanner. I can pick up Boston Fire, from up hear clearly so i fugured that the railroad should come in fine

Don't have em on me, but if you google massachusetts railroad frequencies, you should be able to find em.
