Joe Costa archive found 1991 North Fork Bank calendar. Anyone seen this original? Full name of the Artist?

The artist is Don Lubov. In 1980, he authored “The East End Illustrated, Volume 1, a portfolio of Long Island’s scenic East End”. Published by Lindon Publications, Southold NY. The book contains lithographs of 50 of his pen and ink drawings, suitable for framing.
