Kawasaki car in for service

I just noticed this past Sunday that there is a SEPTA trolley #9098 sitting in the yard of the Kawasaki plant in Yonkers NY. It is up on supports with trucks removed.

One windshield is shattered but it doesn't show any other signs of damage.

Is it getting a factory tune up?
