I was just wonderning if Route 15 will be restored to light rail in the September 2005 pick, if so, will it come out of Callowhill Division or Elmwood Division.

Yes, there is another thread here which clarifies that. Although an operator told me tonight the 15 and 10 will be running from Elmwood District. Who knows...just a rumor, the guy was from Victory anyway.
