How much interchange has there been of late between ST and MMA and what types of traffic? Thanks!

They interchange 16 log racks every other day. These racks carry logs to the Sappi mill outside Waterville. I haven't spent much time around NMJ lately to have accurate numbers of other interchange, but pretty much all mixed freight, and pretty much everything goes south.

I've asked about this in the past but never got an answer, Does anyone know where these log loads originate. The cars are NBSR I believe but they are obviously being loaded on MMA. Thanks for any info.

They are loaded somewhere on the north end of the B&A. They are not interchanged to the NBSR, if they were, they would be interchanged at Keag, and not run to Brownville. I haven't made it north of Millinocket in sometime.
