Fully loaded rail train on CSX in Jordan

Anyone know if CSX is going to replaceing rail between Rochester and Syracuse? I forgot to add last nite with the crossing updates that there is a fully loaded Railtrain siting on Jordon Industreal Sideing in Jordon, NY its been there about 2 or 3 weeks.

I already know about the tie replacements going on in and around Lyons, NY. along with the fresh ballest being dumped here and there as well.

Just yesterday ties were laid all along the ROW through Depew/Lancaster.

If it is there, you can kinda bet that it will be laid in the area.

well let see track 1 was replaced in 1998 both rails from Clyde to Syracuse work was done by Conrail. Track 2 had its north rail replaced back in October of last year work was done by CSX. I wonder where they plant to put it.

That train is suppose to be for the Selkirk branch!
