Former club car "Syoseet"

Former heavyweight club car "Syoseet" has been pulled out of the woods by New Hope and Ivyland RR, and is being shunted off for either rebuild or scrapping; my money's on the latter. If you ever wanted your own private heavyweight, this might be your opportunity!

I would notify the RR Museum of Long Island, Twin Forks Chapter of NRHS, or any heritage railway or museum who would buy this. In order to save equipment like this, people have to spread the word about it.

Got the word today, "Syosset" is neither being scrapped, nor restored. It was moved to reduce the access vandals had. It is also being re-fitted with new couplers. Sounds like a "win".
