Facitities at Chicago Union Station

Short Version:

Are there showers available at Chicago Union Station?


Long Version:

My wife and I are planning a day trip to Chicago this weekend (courtesy a travel voucher from Amtrak). We're leaving here (Ashland, KY) Friday night, arriving in Chicago Saturday morning. Then leaving Saturday evening to return Sunday morning (both via the Cardinal). We're travelling coach so I don't think we'll have access to showers on the train, and we'd really like a place to freshen up.

I had a similar issue when I went cross-country in 2003. I was told that there were showers at Union Station until the early 90s. They were closed long ago though. I would check to see if there is a YMCA or health club nearby that offers day passes.
