EL SDP45 #3665 Destroyed in Mecca, CA UP Crash

I'm sure you heard, two crewmen were killed in this tragic event when their train rammed the rear of a stopped intermodal. SP SD40M-2 #8694 was the lead engine. I had just photographed the unit last month in Afton Canyon:
