D Line excavation

If you head over to Miner St off of Beacon you can see where some construction has revealed the walls and ceiling of the D Line tunnel just before the portal.

Pretty cool.

That is LITERALLY my backyard- I live in the building in front of that.

It was a very old building called BOYSTON AUTO REPAIR. It was nasty, ratty, and covered in graffiti. They have knocked it down to build a 6 story luxury condo, with 35 underground parking spaces. Im not sure where the spaces will fit, because you can see the D Line tunnel as stated!!

Anyways, I am at work now- I have some cool pictures of the process on my home computer, I will post them later.

I live there as well. Jackhammers wake me up so early.
