CSX Shutdown In NY?

I haven't seen/heard any freight activity since the big snowfall in the NY area. Sunday night was very quiet and when I went to work at 6:45 am only one track had snow pushed off it. And I haven't heard whistles from across the river on the River line. Did the RR decide to shut down until they clear some snow?

there was plenty of traffic going thru ridgefield park/little ferry sunda. Heard plenty in the am and later evening.

When there is alot of snow mixed with high winds the snow clogs up horns and therefore you may not hear them as clearly as normal.
