I was just over in Cedar Knolls and noticed that there's some new construction taking place on an old
Morristown and Erie siding on East Fredericks Place off Ridgedale Ave. There's construction fencing all around and a M&E switching locomotive, a CO Progress caboose and 3-4 hoppers with ballast parked on the newly graded property. Does anyone know what's going on? It almost looks like they're building a new yard.
