I don't think 536 is a car on MBTA yet. Unless area 52 rebuilt a 4th MBB cab car, which they could have done.
Also I know they worked on the 225 MassDOT cafe car. Heard from an employee there it will be used for the flyer and that it has more seating and over elaborate pull out tray tables. I saw that the 225 was brought up to Readville last week after being down in Area 52 for a few years. I don't know if that has been discussed on here but I bet it is going to be used the they flyer this year.

There’s no such thing as car 536. There will only be cars 533-535 which are former 1517, 1503, and 1515 and cars 539-542 are former 1500, 1502, 1519, and 1523. Yes, the cafe and bike cars are always used for capeflyer service.

There just might be unless it was listed in error on the document I saw. Came out of Rochester and brought to Readville by an extra Friday: 221- 224- 225- 536

You were correct MBTA does have a 536. Just rebuilt in Rochester, its a regular coach however

From internal pictures, it looks like the Flyer First Class car features an enhanced food section and then 12 or so rows of 2x1 seating, featuring maroon leather seats with reclining backs and tray tables. It resembles a bit of the layout of an Amfleet Business Class /Cafe.

I wonder what they will do with that car offseason and midweek. Would be fun to get it as a commuter

From what it looks like the set is going to have 2 cafe cars 224-5, the bike car, rebuilt cars 531 from Delaware, 536 from Rochester formerly 1521, 1528 as the control coach with engine 1136 on one of the ends. Not sure if that is going to be on the 1528 or the leading side. Have to see later what the set is.

This is by far one of the weirdest sets I’ve ever seen on the capeflyer. 1-2-1-2-rest flats with 225 as the massdot car which is wrapped up in blue behind 1136. Hsp 2021 is leading. No 1528 for this weekend plus no control coach at all.

2021-221-814-224-722-531-225-1136 Rumored 85 passengers out of Boston. No vendor service apparently (maybe due to CV19 restrictions not lifted until 12AM tonight?).
Wareham - 4 on, 4 off
Buzzards - 0 on, 4 off
Bourne - 0 on, 14 off
About 11 minutes late into Wareham
