Sometime around January I heard a CP train blew a home signal at River Jct and collided with an ICE train. Does anyone here know anything more about this accident or have any pictures of it?

About 23:30 CST November 2, 2007, westbound CPR train #291 passed a stop signal at La Crescent Junction and collided (sideswiped) an eastbound IC&E train at ~10 MPH. 291's only unit, CP 9554, overturned on it's right side as a result of the collision. Several cars in both trains derailed.

The accident was investigated by Canadian Pacific Railway. Photos may be available by searching local press sources.
