Um, what scale? Did you try a Google search?

HO scale
I found something similar but in N scale.

Try this car(s). The first link looks the closest. The doors may have been replaced hence the red. you will have to do some researching on both getting this car as well as possibly kit bashing those doors. The second link is a offset door model but it's road number starts with 223... Same number series as the one in the photo.

2 link seems to be the best option.
Sadly that car is "Sold Out" (Discontinued)

the doors are 6-panel PS-1 according to the pictures and doorkits I found

The doors were clearly no "stock" to that car in the photo. It appears the stock doors were replaced with the PS1 type doors in the photo. There for making a nice car to kit bash.

try the above link. It looks to me they have some cars but in other road names. Have fun.
