Any Acela repairs that are performed at Frazer will be performed by Bombardier personnel, not Septa. Bombardier was already leasing space prior to the recent Acela brake problem. If anything, this may expand or extend the terms of that lease.

The work is not being done by SEPTA employees. Bombardier merely rented some space at the Frazer shops to do the work; they are using their own employees to do the work.

I just wonder if the rotor cracks were found in the two sets that managed to get the overhaul completed....if that was the case, I'd wonder as to the actual scope of the work done.
